AGM 2024 from DuBois et fils
This year's Annual General Meeting of DuBois et fils took place on 1 June 2024 in Saal1 of the former ‘Kiechli’ (Küchlin cinema) at Steinenvorstadt in Basel.
A DAY FULL OF ENCOUNTERS
Thomas Steinemann, CEO of DuBois et fils, hosted the event and presented the company's current projects. Gina-Maria Palazy and Rebecca Häusel, Marketing and Communications, introduced various topics and guests that are of particular importance to the watch brand.
Personalities such as Alex Frei, football expert and partner of DuBois et fils, keynote speaker and former NFT diary author Dietmar Dahmen and watch specialist Thomas Gronenthal, who will be working for DuBois et fils from July, provided a varied programme on stage.
After a review of the 2023 financial year and a presentation of the figures by John Walthert, the DBF009 watch collection was presented. The official part of the AGM was conducted by Tobias Steinemann – who, together with Thomas Steinemann and now also Alex Frei, forms the Board of Directors of Philippe DuBois et fils SA.
After the event, the new watches could be viewed and tried on in the Brasserie Küchlin – with lovely encounters, excellent tarte flambée and refreshing drinks.
There are already new, exciting collaborations, watches and projects on the horizon that promise an exciting future. The shareholders rounded off the day with lively discussions in the ‘Steine’.
