The ETA SA movement: precision since 1793

ETA's roots go back to 1793, and the company still exists today as a movement supplier for the Swatchgroup watch brands. Numerous inventions and patents from the company's centuries-long tradition can still be found in the movements today. These include, in particular, the winding rotor with five tiny steel balls, which was launched on the market in 1949. At that time, ETA SA still belonged to the watch manufacturer Eterna – whose company logo is still adorned with the five characteristic balls today.

Previous movements with NFT

Since summer 2021, DuBois et fils has been launching tokenised movements.
