Definitely not everything that comes from the past is better. But when it comes to the old watchmaking techniques, we agree: the art of traditional watchmaking still offers crucial insights for the production of complex, high-quality models.
For this reason, we fall back on those techniques. In cooperation with professional watchmakers, we reactivated an almost forgotten Swiss craftsmanship for the production of the DBF008.
The individual components of the watch are made in Switzerland and each model is assembled by hand in a watch atelier in the Jura.

Switzerland is considered the undisputed number one in making mechanical wristwatches - Swiss watches tick accurately and are both reliable and durable. To date, the technology has not changed significantly. An automatic watch still works on the same principle, even though individual materials or components are upgraded or replaced from time to time.
In a time-consuming process, our team dedicated itself to traditional knowledge and the art of making mechanical watches. Today we manufacture the complex models of the DBF008 in the finest of craftmanship and according to traditional models. With this watch we have created a precision instrument according to old Swiss craftsmanship.
