A look back at the 1970s
The Swiss watch industry came under pressure from quartz technology in the 1970s. In response, a number of watch manufacturers in Geneva began to focus on niche products. They developed innovative designs and functions to differentiate themselves from competitors.
One such product is the Calibre Record 1959-2, fitted here by DuBois et fils, which has stood the test of time. Today, this automatic movement is one of the most sought-after examples of Swiss watchmaking and can be seen through the sapphire crystal caseback of the DBF010.
Designed for change
The bezel and side panels of the DBF010 are interchangeable and customisable. This can be done in our workshop or at an authorised retailer.
