Golden times at DuBois et fils
The two watches DBF008-07 and DBF008-09 featuring a gold-plated case are extremely noble, but still look discreet on the wrist. They radiate warmth and exclusivity, but do not impose themselves visually.
An ideal mix for those who love our vintage design with a high-quality look and precise Swiss craftsmanship.
What glitters here is gold
DBF008-07 and DBF008-09
The two models in yellow and red gold are polished, satin-finished, brushed and limited to 22 pieces each. They feature a circumference of 39 mm and hand-finished lugs soldered to the case. Inside each ticks an AS-1985 movement from the well-known Grenchner watch factory A. Schild from the 1960s. A domed box sapphire crystal ensures that the dial looks amazingly large.
A conversation with a watch connoisseur about the DBF008
We presented our new watches to an expert and asked him what he thought of our latest collection:
"A case like this is great art. Such flawlessness in places that the eye can hardly see has become very rare today. The design also fascinates me — the design language — which is classic but has a modern diameter making it ideal for wearing.”
Watch expert Thomas Gronenthal on the DBF008
"On top of that, it has quite an efficient winding mechanism that works well over years of use. This is an issue especially for people who sit a lot at work. And a special feature is the fast-acting date display, which DuBois et fils has integrated more than perfectly with a pusher in the crown."
