NVC meets DuBois et fils Event

Our showroom – a stage for special encounters

On 2 July 2025, our showroom hosted an external event for the first time.

The Basel-based company NVC invited selected customers and partners to an exclusive evening at our premises under the motto ‘NVC meets DuBois et fils’.

The evening offered insights into the art of watchmaking

The aim of the evening was to give participants a deeper insight into the traditional craftsmanship of DuBois et fils. During a guided tour of our workshop and our unique warehouse of historical movements and spare parts, guests experienced the fascination of mechanical timepieces first-hand. The combination of technology, history and precision was brought to life – an experience that will stay with many for a long time.

Inspiration, exchange and a special guest

The evening concluded with a stylish aperitif featuring selected drinks and fine canapés, providing an opportunity for conversation and networking. This was followed by a company presentation by Thomas Steinemann and an engaging lecture by our watch expert, Thomas Gronenthal, on the history of the Swiss pilot's watch. A particular highlight was former professional footballer Alex Frei, who was our guest of honour and added to the excitement.

It was a successful conclusion – and a look to the future!

We look forward to hosting many more inspiring events in our showroom, where companies can hire our venue for special occasions and gain exclusive insights into the world of watchmaking.
